Position Description:
Six Sigma experience or other process improvement methodology (Six Sigma not critical)
Excellent project management skills
Ability to clearly map process activities, decision points and integration with other processes
Detailed knowledge of statistics and statistical analysis for decision making
Experience in the development and management of meaningful business metrics
Experience in identifying and analyzing problems/issues
Strong facilitation and group leadership skills
Experience with process modeling tools
Skills Required:
Financial systems experience (major applications)
Must be highly effective on an interpersonal level - this person will be securing information from customers who may not want to share the information.
