Position Description:
Outside Sales of Media and Advertising Products

Potential to earn over $71K

Bring your sales experience and your drive to an industry leader – Idearc Media.
Idearc Superpages and Superpages.com are the primary advertising medium for small and mid-size business. Our Outside Sales Media Consultants are in the field meeting and consulting with these businesses. You’ll be using your marketing, sales, and advertising background to help our customers design their print and on-line advertising programs to help them grow their businesses.

This is a high income, competitive sales position, with a clear objective of always meeting sales quotas. We’ll help you succeed! Idearc has a proven selling process and we’ll train you so that you have the skills you need to present a business case to your customers for using Superpages.

To be successful, you’ll need:
Minimum 2 year’s business-to-business outside sales experience, with incentive/bonus
Prospecting skills – high level cold calling to qualify and close new accounts
Recent experience at consistently meeting and exceeding revenue quotas
Superb verbal and written communication skills
High energy, results driven attitude
High customer orientation and self motivation
PC proficiency (MS Office and web based applications)
Strong attention to detail
